Please read these conditions of use before using this site. By using this site, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. We may modify these terms and conditions without your consent, so please revisit these section prior to using (WSFF).

If you're paying for your order using a credit or UK debit card you'll be asked to enter your card details as part of the ordering process, and you'll find further instructions when you place your order.


All transaction information passed between yourself and Wholesome Fine Foods is encrypted using SSL certificates. You can be assured that no card details you enter during transaction can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.


Orders are processed in sequence Monday Friday from 9am to 4pm, business days.

Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next business day.

Deliveries are not carried out on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays or to PO Boxes. 

We aim to dispatch each order within 3 business days and delivery to you within 3 business days from the day the order is dispatched. Please note that orders may be delivered earlier than 5 business days.

Tracking numbers will be provided upon availability.

Ordered products will be delivered to the address stated by you on the order form. 

WSFF is also not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items that may arise during shipping, unless proven to be related to packaging or faulty products.


Please note that we do not ship outside the U.K. mainland at this time.

We calculate the total weight of the items you’ve ordered and apply the appropriate delivery rate for the delivery location.

Total delivery cost will be displayed to you during checkout.

The standard delivery charge is £6 per package, but varies for the delivery location e.g. Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), Scottish Highlands and Islands.


All new, unopened items sold by WSFF can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund after being inspected and approved.

To cancel your order please use ''Contact Us'' form stating your Order Number and cancellation reason or call us directly on 01707 322022 from Monday to Friday between 9am - 4pm. 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your items.

Usually you will receive your refunds in about 2-3 weeks to your credit/ debit card or original method of payment. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

For exchanges follow the return procedures and place a new order. 

If you need further information regarding the return any of products sold by WSFF, please do not hesitate to email us at and it would be our pleasure to assist you however we can.


All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. If the goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you with suggestions of goods of equivalent quality and price. We will take all the reasonable steps to ensure our represented stock levels are accurate.

Enquiries may take some time but we aim to resolve all delivery problems within 1 week from the day of the complaint.
